Smart meter emissions - Ventura County Star - Opinion

I don't understand all the concern and panic about these new smart meters. If one were to research it, they would find that these meters emit .009 percent of radio frequency if standing right behind the wall where the meter is installed.

Humans are exposed to a much higher percentage just from the use of cellular phones, I-Pads, cordless phones and almost all the appliances in the house.

If people are concerned, they should be giving up the use of these items.
