"We work all the time. It's hard to shut it down. On the weekend, I e-mail my executive producer, and he's right back at me. It's very immediate, and it's very addictive. ... I shut everything off when I go to sleep — even the Wi-Fi. I put the phone on airplane mode. There's a lot of electro smog, and it interferes with the natural electronic field that is human and symbiotic with nature.
