Double-Blind and Cruel

A way to test if smart meters make some people sick - Vancouver Sun

I propose BC Hydro install smart meters, modified so the wireless transmissions can be turned on or off, in the homes of individuals who are experiencing "headaches, dizziness, insomnia and other ailments." The modified meters would be turned off and on for various periods, perhaps weeks at a time, as might be recommended by medical experts. There should be no way of knowing when the transmissions are on or off. If individuals claiming health problems can tell when the meters are on or off, it would give credibility to their claims.
