Vermont is a proudly progressive state. Few places have embraced iPhone controlled solar arrays, ridgeline wind development, compact fluorescent bulb subsidies, and of course, Smart Meter deployments like the Green Mountain State. Are these innovations and programs making Vermont a world-class leader in efficiency and sustainability, or is it all simply "Too Much Magic?"
