“We, the undersigned concerned citizens, urge our representatives and senators to act now to cease and desist any further implementation of Smart Grid and Smart Meter technology installations. We request future installations not be done in a mandatory way, only be on a voluntary, OPT-IN basis. Whereas the known implementation of Smart Grid and Smart Meters is part of the UN Globalist ‘Green’ agenda, promoted through principles derived from the UN Agenda 21 mandate agreement which is implemented through ICLEI contracts abided by city council, mayors, and or City Managers and other NGO’s. We call for creation of a Law through your committee and the Texas State Legislature to protect all Texas citizens from any rules or regulations stemming from any international agreements, violating our State and National Sovereignty that are not written within our rights per our US Constitution.”
